Providing the email address used for the payment is necessary to perform the contract: without it we cannot deliver the prediction you paid for. Providing your name and email in the contact form is voluntary, but without them we cannot answer your message. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising. We do not store your card number: card and payment-account payments are handled by the payment providers.
3. Who receives your data
- Payment providers: PayPal and Stripe.
- Email services: we use Outlook (Microsoft) and Apple (iCloud Mail) to send and receive emails.
- Website infrastructure: our hosting provider and Cloudflare (website delivery and security).
- Google: Google Analytics (only with your consent), Google reCAPTCHA and Google Fonts.
- Accountants, auditors and public authorities where the law requires.
Hosting, email and website-delivery providers process data on our behalf under contracts with us. Payment providers process payment data as independent controllers under their own privacy policies. We do not share personal data with bookmakers.
4. Transfers outside the EEA
Some providers (for example PayPal, Stripe, Microsoft, Apple, Google, Cloudflare) may process data outside the EU/EEA. Where applicable, we rely on safeguards such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. 5. How long we keep data
- Contact messages: 12 months after the last message.
- Delivery email address and order details: as long as needed to handle cancellations, complaints and disputes. Payment and accounting records: for the period required by Bulgarian accounting and tax law.
- Technical logs: for a short period, as needed for security.
- Analytics data: kept according to the retention period set in Google Analytics, up to 14 months.
6. Cookies
Cookies are small files that a website saves in your browser. This website uses necessary cookies (for example for security and to deliver the website). On the payment page PayPal and Stripe may set their own cookies, under their own policies. Google reCAPTCHA is used to protect forms from spam; it may be loaded on any page of the website, receives your IP address and browser data, and may set cookies. Some fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means that your IP address is transmitted to Google when you open a page. With your consent, that is, when you click “Accept” in the cookie banner, we also use Google Analytics cookies (_ga and _ga_*) to understand how the website is used. We do not use advertising or targeting cookies. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the “Privacy & Cookies Policy” tab at the bottom of the page; your choice takes effect immediately. You can also delete cookies in your browser at any time. Blocking all cookies may prevent parts of the website, including payment, from working.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict or object to its processing, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw consent where processing is based on it. You may also lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg) or with your local data protection authority. We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling that has legal or similarly significant effects on you.

This website is for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
