You choose a plan on the Price & Payment page and receive the predictions of that plan by email. Predictions are prepared by our editorial team from team form, statistics and other match data.

Pay online on the Price & Payment page, by PayPal or by card (processed by Stripe). We send the prediction to the email address you used for the payment, usually within an hour during our working hours, so please make sure it is correct and that you can access it. If you pay outside these hours, you will receive the prediction when we are back online. If the matches of that day have already started, you will receive the prediction for the next day on which we have one, at no extra cost.

Yes. Tell us the additional address when you contact us, and we will send the prediction there as well. For security and to avoid disputes, the prediction is always sent to the email address used for the payment too.

Check your inbox and spam folder. If you still cannot find it, contact us at [email protected] and we will resend it once, if the matches have not started.

No. Everything is delivered by email.

You will receive the prediction for the next day on which we have one, at no extra cost.

Yes, before the prediction has been delivered: email [email protected]. Once the prediction has been delivered, we do not offer refunds, except where the law requires. This does not affect your legal rights as a consumer.

No. Sports results are uncertain and no one can guarantee them. Past results shown on this site are examples and do not predict future results.

No. We do not accept selections or operate gambling. We provide information only.
